METHOD AND CONTROL
From brief to lot
Starting from the technical and sensory brief, the team evaluates raw materials, allergens, and regulatory constraints, then develops concentrations and solubilization systems suitable for the different bases (anionic, nonionic, cationic). Fragrance production is supported by stability tests (pH, temperature, light), compatibility with surfactants, persistence tests on fabrics and surfaces, and performance analyses in washing machines/dishwashers or in spray formats. The result is a consistent and repeatable olfactory profile, scalable from pilot lots to industrial production.
